HOUSTON, TEXAS October 20, 2014 – Million Air announced today the winner of FBO of the Year, during their annual awards banquet, held in conjunction with the National Business Aviation Association (NBAA). This year’s 2014 FBO of the Year was awarded to Million Air Indianapolis. Million Air IND will receive a seven-foot, chrome plated propeller award personalized with each year’s winners. The trophy will be displayed in the Indy FBO lobby for one year before it travels to the next winning location.
The program measurements are based on quality standards, such as facility image and staff training; safety standards; regulatory standards; and customer satisfaction. Each FBO and their employees must be able to demonstrate how they are living the Million Air brand by following the culture, standards and programs. The FBO that demonstrates the highest level of achievement receives the award.

We looked at every detail. It was close but Million Air Indy earned this award.”
