Hiring a consulting firm to help select a fixed-base operator at Danville Regional Airport would be throwing away money, said the airport’s current operator.
“It’s a waste of money,” said Elizabeth Rembold, who — along with her husband Mike — runs General Aviation Inc., the airport’s operator since 1948.
