ANAC Brazil STC for Piper PA46-350P, PA46R0350P with the 4-Blade MT-Propeller MTV-14

MT-Propeller Entwicklung GmbH has received the the ANAC Brazil STC 2019S10-04 for the next generation 4-blade scimitar composite propeller MTV-14-B/195-30b on the Piper Models PA-46-350P, PA-46R-350T powered by a Lycoming TIO-540-AE2 Engine.

This installation ist already supplemental type certified by EASA STC 10034435 and FAA SA03637NY.

MT-Propeller President Gerd Muehlbauer says, that the installation feature the following advantages:

- Shorter take-off distance by approx. -5 percent (SL, ISA conditions)

- Enhanced climb and cruise performance by approx. 5 to 10 percent (SL, ISA conditions)

- Enhanced cruise performance by 5 to 8 kts (MTOW, ISA conditions)

- With "max. Engine Speed 2500 rpm" the airplane complies with "Erhöhter Schallschutz" for Germany

The MT-Propeller natural composite blades provide significant inside and outside noise reduction.

They have no life limitation and are repairable in case of an FOD.

The scimitar 4-blade design gives the Piper PA-46-350P, PA-46R-350T an unbeatable esthetic ramp appeal.
