Payne Named Director of Human Resources for Eaton's Aerospace Group

Eaton has named Stephanie Payne director of human resources for the Aerospace Group. She will report to Nate Manning, Eaton's vice president and general manager, Fluid and Electrical Distribution Division, Aerospace Group.

IRVINE, Calif. … Power management company Eaton has named Stephanie Payne director of human resources for the Aerospace Group. She will report to Nate Manning, Eaton's vice president and general manager, Fluid and Electrical Distribution Division, Aerospace Group.  

“Stephanie’s experience in compensation, employee relations and recruitment combined with her human resources generalist background make her a well-rounded HR leader,” said Manning. “She will be a great addition to Eaton's leadership team.”

Since joining Eaton in 2002, Payne has held multiple roles of increasing responsibility, most recently as human resources manager for the Golf Grip Division. She also has served as senior manager of human resources for compensation and employee relations for Eaton’s Automotive business.

Payne has a bachelor’s degree in political science from Spelman College and a juris doctor degree from Ohio Northern University College of Law. She was admitted to the Ohio Bar Association in 1994.
