Clinton, MO – June 19, 2018 – Aviation Fabricators (AvFab) designs and produces interior products for the corporate aviation community. It offers hundreds of products to update the look and functionality of cabin interiors, ranging from seating upgrades to windowline improvements to special mission customization.
“We’re pleased to announce that two more of our King Air products have achieved Transport Canada approval,” said G. R. Lowe, AvFab cofounder.
The two newest authorizations are for AvFab’s King Air two-place divans and its King Air toilet cabinet seat. AvFab received approval to install its two-place divans in Beechcraft King Air C90GT, B200GT, B300 (350) models. This covers AvFab part numbers 32-0239, 32-0370, 32-0257 and 32-0371. These divans offer 400-pound total occupant weight and an additional 20 pounds per storage drawer. They feature built-in shoulder harnesses eliminating the need to attach shoulder harness mounting brackets to the airframe. The divan installs easily by removing existing seats and furnishings and locating the new divan in the desired location.
AvFab’s STC approved Beechcraft King Air 300, 350, 350i toilet seat now has received Canadian approval M 5010-38-SA02468LA. The seat can be occupied for both take-off and landing. The toilet is installed in the baggage area, on the aft side of the entrance door. The kit includes the composite toilet cabinet, flushing unit and installation materials.
