PHOENIX, November 13, 2017 – ACSS, an L3 and Thales company, announced today a sales agreement with BendixKing by Honeywell to be the exclusive distributor of the NXT-700™ Mode S Transponder for business jets and military aircraft. The agreement offers aircraft operators a sales channel for purchasing and installing the Automatic Dependent Surveillance-Broadcast (ADS-B) compliant transponder effective immediately.

“This collaboration plays to the strengths of both ACSS and BendixKing,” said Terry Flaishans, President of ACSS. “As a leader in ADS-B research and development, ACSS has been first to market with the NXT ADS-B transponder family. BendixKing is positioned to reach aircraft operators and help them equip their aircraft and meet the ADS-B compliance mandate set forth by the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA).”

The NXT-700, a replacement for BendixKing’s legacy MST-67A Mode S Transponder, is a form-fit plug-and-play solution that provides operators with all the capabilities they need to operate safely and efficiently in the NextGen ADS-B airspace. The NXT-700 Mode S Transponder is labeled and sold under the BendixKing by Honeywell model number MST-70B.
