Aircraft Spruce knows that many of you will visit Oshkosh for The AirVenture Show from July 29th to Aug 4th. We want to remind you that if you want to pick up preorders at our Oshkosh booth, it is advantageous to place the orders in advance. We have a limited amount of stock available at our Oshkosh booth so we encourage you to place your orders for The AirVenture Show by phone, fax, or online as soon as possible. We will process Oshkosh orders the same way we do standard orders with payment by credit card, but instead of shipping the order to you, we will place it on our truck and bring it to the Aircraft Spruce Oshkosh booths (Hangar A 1022 to 1029) for you to pick up, with no additional freight costs. Due to limited space on the truck and in our booth, certain products cannot be picked up at Oshkosh, for example, large pieces of wood, metal, foam, etc.
When ordering by phone, fax, or online, Use "Pickup at Oshkosh 2013, Hangar A, Booth 1022-1029" as the shipping option. Orders must be placed by July 23rd 12:00pm EST. We look forward to seeing you at AirVenture, and we appreciate the orders you have placed with Aircraft Spruce!
