All In Aviation Launches Three-Day Ground School Program at Recently Opened Henderson Executive Airport Location

April 9, 2021

All In Aviation announced the launch of a three-day private pilot ground school program at its newly opened Henderson Executive Airport Facility, with the first class scheduled for April 16-18.

Following private pilot airman certification standards (ACS), the course is designed to establish a foundation for clients at the private pilot level, as well as prepare each student to pass the FAA knowledge exam. The course will cover the principals of flight, aircraft systems, aircraft performance, weight & balance, aeromedical factors, human factors, aviation operations, charts, navigation, radio communication, meteorology, ATC procedures, and FAA regulations part 61/91.

To be offered Friday through Sunday every four to six weeks, the course and required materials are priced at $599, or an instruction-only price of $499 for students who already have the materials. Required materials include the Jeppesen private pilot test guide and supplement, an E6B flight computer, plotter, current Federal Aviation Regulations / Aeronautical Information Manual (FAR/AIM), and Las Vegas VFR Sectional Aeronautical Chart.

All In Aviation is celebrating the one-year anniversary of its aviation facility, opened in partnership with aircraft maintenance operator Lone Mountain Aviation, at Henderson Executive Airport in April of 2020.

“Southern Nevada offers some of the most scenic landscape for flight training in the U.S. With this course, we expect to attract pilots from across the country who can get their ground school done in one weekend, and do some scenic training over the Hoover Dam, Grand Canyon or Zion while they’re here,” said Paul Sallach, president of All In Aviation.

In April 2020, All In Aviation opened the first purpose-built, multi-use aviation complex of its kind at Southern Nevada’s Henderson Executive Airport, along with maintenance partner Lone Mountain Aviation. Located directly across from the new Raiders headquarters, the complex includes 9,000 square feet of office space, a premier retail shop for pilots, five training rooms, a full-size ground school classroom, an avionics workshop, a parts department, and an 18-person conference room overlooking a 22,000 square-foot maintenance hangar. The customer lounge features sweeping mountain views framed by a taxiway of 25 aircraft storage hangars – 16 “T” hangars for small personal aircraft and 9 box hangars for mid-size business jets.

Dedicated to growing and developing more pilots, All In Aviation offers a flight training program where most pilots are certified after completing 60-70 hours of training. Open to anyone, pilot training is conducted in the air, in a classroom setting, and in All In Aviation’s full-motion Cirrus Aircraft simulator – one of only two in existence. All In Aviation’s comprehensive flight training services include: Commercial & Private Pilot Training, Instrument Rating Training, Cirrus Transition Training, Basic and Advanced Transition Training, Avionics Differences Transition, Recurrent Training, Airframe and Powerplant Differences Transition Training, and Ground School.
