Tulsa Tech Statement Regarding Recent Career Point College Closing

Oct. 17, 2016
Affected students can contact Tulsa Tech representatives to inquire about career training options.

Tulsa Tech is troubled to hear the stories of students affected by the abrupt closing of Career Point College, as well as other recent closings of for-profit colleges in the area. We know how these situations can affect the lives and futures of each student, as well as their families.

“Each student will have a different situation, and the assistance we can provide will be on a case-by-case basis,” Tulsa Tech Superintendent and CEO, Dr. Steve Tiger said. “But we want those students to know that we are here to help, and hope that they will reach out to us to see what can be done.”

Affected students can call our team of career services representatives at 918-828-5000 or visit our website at tulsatech.edu to inquire about career training options and potential credit transfer opportunities. Tulsa Tech offers career training programs in many areas, including business, cosmetology, IT and various medical fields.
