More than two years after a Southwest Airlines plane rolled off the taxiway and into a ditch at the Nashville International Airport, the airline and the Federal Aviation Administration are both facing a lawsuit.
The lawsuit was filed on Tuesday by Melissa Ward, who, according to court documents, was one of the passengers on board that flight.
She claimed the trauma of that night still affects her and her two sons, who were also on Flight 31.
