NH: Laconia Airport Likely to Receive $160K in State Money

LACONIA — The Laconia Municipal Airport on is a step closer to receiving money from the state for design costs of a proposed taxiway extension.

The Laconia City Council on Monday night approved a grant agreement in which the Airport Authority is to receive about $160,000 from the state to reimburse it the expansion costs, which are part of a $3.2 million project to open up more areas for airplane parking and new hangars.
