Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport travelers will encounter new retail stores through 2020 as part of the airport’s Terminal 3 Modernization Program. Stellar Partners Inc., in partnership with LAM Holdings, LLC, and Casa Unlimited Enterprises, Inc., was recently awarded a 10-year contract once the Terminal Modernization Program is complete, valued at approximately $174 million.
“Stellar is honored to be entering Phoenix Sky Harbor International Airport as part of its modernization project giving travelers access to in-demand national and local retail products,” said Stellar’s Founder & CEO Susan Stackhouse. “We thank the airport and the City of Phoenix for this opportunity to connect travelers with retail essentials, leading brand names, and local vendors they will only find while visiting Arizona.”
A new retail location in the Terminal 3 South Concourse includes the Best of the Valley Market – an open market store-within-a-store concept inspired by PHOENIX Magazine’s guide to the best of everything that the Phoenix area has to offer. In addition to an exclusive assortment of regional and local brands, children’s products, and apparel, travelers will also find global beauty and body care brand L’Occitane, as well as Sol Shades’ vast variety of designer sunglasses.
The award-winning Stellar News + Market will be located in the Terminal 3 North Concourse offering unparalleled product choices, packed with local products unique to PHX. Both Stellar New + Market and Best of the Valley Market are paired with Starbucks Coffee for full-service customer convenience.
Also coming to the new Terminal 3 is the local, award-winning Phoenix based retailer – Travel Outfitters. It is a one-stop-shop for all travel needs offering a wide variety of both functional and stylish luggage, bags, and travel accessories. Lolli and Pops will bring its first store to the state of Arizona with a location inside of Terminal 3. Helping make the traveler’s day sweeter, Lolli and Pops offers artisan crafted chocolates, gift boxes, bulk candies and more. InMotion will round out the retail stores with its assortment of leading brand name electronic devices, entertainment products and supporting accessories so passengers can quickly replace a forgotten charger, upgrade memory in a portable device, or buy the latest tablet or headphones.
