Faith Group LLC was recently named to the list of the Fastest-Growing Private Companies in St. Louis by the St. Louis Business Journal, coming in at No. 38 with a 46 percent revenue increase from 2013 to 2015.
The award recognizes companies with a three-year sales history increase in fiscal 2015 over fiscal 2014, and revenue of more than $1 million in fiscal 2013. Companies must also be a locally-based, independent and privately held business, not a subsidiary division or franchise.
Wendy Wilke, managing principal, cites the firm’s growing revenue as a result of repeat clients and renewed contracts. “Faith Group works with our clients as partners, developing trusted relationships that cultivate growth. We provide quality services and projects that are responsive to our clients’ needs that keep them as our clients and also provide great references for new opportunities.” Those new opportunities have also afforded the firm revenue growth and expansion of offices in other regions, including Minneapolis, Philadelphia, and most recently Atlanta, as well as a growing presence on the west coast.
Since January, Faith Group has hired 9 additional staff members and has plans to add several more through the end of this year. The firm’s most recent new hires include Nick Zerwig, Sr. Network Consultant, bringing more than 7 years of experience in IT and network engineering and administration. Nick holds several Cisco and CompTIA certifications and has a B.S. in Information Technology from Western Governors University. Also joining Faith Group is David Berluti, Sr. Program Manager, with more than 40 years of IT leadership experience including 8 years in IT consulting. He has a Masters in Criminal Justice and a B.S. in Sociology from Arizona State University. Danny Bailey also joins the firm with more than 15 years of experience in the IT Department at one of the world’s busiest airports. He will serve as a Systems Designer with a background in the planning, design and project management for IT and security systems.
