One lucky raffle participant is starting their year with a new plane.
The Miami Regional Airport finally chose the winner today in a raffle ticket drawing that had been collecting tickets over the past six months. The winner is a recipient of a 1960 Cessna 172 and 10 hours of free flying lessons if they don't already have a pilot's license.
