HARRISON -After months of listening to the public on how to move forward with upgrades to Westchester County Airport, local leaders are ready to announce their plans.
Westchester County Executive George Latimer is expected to hold a news conference Monday afternoon to release the findings of his administration’s review of every facet of airport operations.
