MARTINSBURG, W.Va. — Eastern West Virginia Regional Airport has reached a settlement in its $50,000 lawsuit against the company that is the primary provider of support services to the general-aviation airfield.
In exchange for the airport waiving its claim to $50,278 in unpaid rent from Aero-Smith Inc., the airfield's fixed-base operator, the Maryland-based company has agreed to several corrections and adjustments to the lease and operating agreement between the parties.
