At Monday’s Crawfordsville Common Council meeting, an ordinance amendment that would allow the city’s regional airport to transfer fuel profits to other funds passed first reading.
The change comes after a new Indiana law took effect this month that allows airports, such as Crawfordsville Regional Airport, to transfer funds from the aviation fuel fund to the general aviation fund or other funds for the airport’s general operation.
