For the first time in 35 years, Indiana County Jimmy Stewart Airport will host an actual air show next month, rather than just a festival as has been the case over the years.
“A lot of people have wanted to go to a real air show,” said event chairman Nathaniel Arthurs. “We’re just taking it up to the next level and making it an affordable event for all families.”
David Schultz Airshows LLC, of Clearfield, which has done civilian and military shows for the past 24 years, will run the show June 9 and 10 at the airport off Route 286 in White Township.
