After spending more than a month discussing details about designing a new passenger terminal at Texarkana Regional Airport, board members have agreed on a basic final building design.
Board members voted during their regular monthly meeting last week to go with a design that more closely resembles the airport's relatively new Public Safety Center in terms of a more slanted, standing roof rather then a flat roof design.
