Jaimini M. Erskine Joins Airports Authority as Vice President for Marketing and Concessions
The Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority announced Wednesday that Jaimini M. Erskine has been named vice president for marketing and concessions responsible for terminal concessions, corporate marketing and digital strategy.
“The Metropolitan Washington Airports Authority is fortunate to have someone of Jaimini Erskine’s skill and experience on our revenue office team,” said Executive Vice President and Chief Revenue Officer Chryssa Westerlund. “Her background and expertise will be instrumental as we continue building and enhancing the concessions offerings for passengers at Reagan National and Dulles International airports, as well as our engagement with customers through our marketing and digital strategy functions.”
Erskine brings more than 20 years of industry leadership and experience to the role having most recently served as director of the office of commercial management for the Maryland Aviation Administration, which owns and operates Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall and Martin State airports. In that position, she directed contract solicitations, negotiations, implementation and oversight with tenants, airlines, concessionaires, ground transportation and other airport service providers. Her leadership roles within the industry include serving as second vice chair on Airport Council International-North America’s (ACI-NA) Commercial Management Steering Committee, Airport Minority Advisory Council’s Corporate Development Committee and past service on ACI-NA’s World Business Partners board of directors. She holds a bachelor’s degree in marketing from the University of Maryland and a master’s degree in business administration from Hood College.
