Naughton Joins Xcēd as Director, Client Services

We are excited to announce that Patricia M. Naughton has joined Xcēd as director, client services effective Tuesday, Nov. 27. Patricia will manage the client experience from proposal acceptance through initial billing and ensure that they are well-positioned for contract renewals by engaging the sales team to negotiate value solutions to our clients. She will report to Greg Manny.

Previously, Patricia was a logistics controller at Innocor, Inc., in West Chicago. While there, she provided monthly bridge analysis and financial results to the executive team, created internal fleet driver training and safety programs, developed a model to utilize internal fleet by cross-optimizing shipments between distribution centers, and headed the review of potential transportation management system and implementation teams.

From 2011 to 2015, Patricia was also director of transportation for Midwest Air Technologies, Inc., in Long Grove, where she was in charge of operations, global transportation, fleet management, and logistics for nine distribution centers with an annual budget of $75 million.

Patricia earned a bachelor’s degree in Management and Organizations from Indiana University, is a Six Sigma Green Belt and an American Management Association certified trainer.
