The general aviation market wanted a solution that offered more connectivity, automation, and security inside and outside the hangar. Lynk Remote Technologies rose to the challenge with their next-generation base station and full suite of products designed to remotely open/close hangar doors, preheat an engine, secure an aircraft and hangar from unwanted guests, and monitor a hangar with video surveillance. Building off their first generation product, HangarBot, LynkAviation was created with the latest technology and features providing users with an improved mobile app and Base Station (formerly HangarBot Hub). This base station is compatible with most of their current devices (outlets, door controllers, etc.). It offers better reliability, uptime, signal strength, connectivity, and is 5X faster than their previous version. They’ve encased the base station in more durable materials so it can be used indoors and outdoors. Lynk Remote Technologies added the ability to remotely operate a thermostat with a digital screen to control your HVAC system and even an industrial fan. The upgrades to the Base Station makes it the ideal device to operate any hangar via cellular or ethernet connectivity.
