Irving Oil Gas Station & Convenience Store Coming To Halifax Stanfield

April 23, 2015

Halifax, N.S. – Halifax International Airport Authority (HIAA) has reached an agreement with Irving Oil, for the commercial development of approximately 3.4 acres of airport property.

The new Irving Oil retail development will provide 12 fuelling lanes and offer three grades of gasoline plus diesel. The site will also feature a convenience store that will be open 24/7, commercial fleet refuelling, pay-at-the-pump technology, Air Miles Reward Miles, and quick service food.

Additional locations are expected to be developed on the site – including a space adjacent to the convenience store as well as a separate stand-alone building, which will both feature food tenants.

Irving Oil will occupy the first block of the commercial core area located just off Bell Boulevard, near the site of the previous service station. Access will be via the new roadway system that is currently under construction.
