American Airlines will resume nonstop service between Birmingham-Shuttlesworth International Airport (BHM) and Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport (DCA) beginning Feb. 11. The airline will use a Canadair RJ 700 aircraft for the reinstated daily service.

Mathieu, Birmingham Airport Authority president and CEO. “Whether for business or leisure travel, this nonstop route will offer our customers the ease and convenience they enjoy and can expect when they fly BHM.”
