Volaris Continues to Provide Clients With Alternative Options for their Flight Needs During the Pandemic

May 11, 2020

Volaris understands that COVID-19 has disrupted every aspect of everyday life and has dedicated additional personnel and resources to assist affected passengers during this difficult time.

At the moment, Volaris has not cancelled any flights beyond May. The situation is constantly changing and Volaris’ ability to operate has been affected both by these changing conditions and the need to comply with all relevant government requirements.

Despite this uncertainty, Volarisis committed to continue to dedicate all resources at its disposal to ensure that those clients unable to travel due to COVID-‐19 are kept informed of the situation and provided with reasonable alternative options.

If a flight has been significantly delayed or cancelled by Volaris, every passenger receives an e-‐mail which offers them alternatives from which to choose, consistent with all regulatory requirements.

If a passenger decides not to take his/her reserved flight before June 30,he/she can change their flight without any change fees. However, he/she is still responsible for any fare difference. Flight changes can be done via our website, Volaris.com.

We are working tirelessly to continue to serve our flyers despite these challenges. The health and safety of our customers is our top priority, and we continue to monitor and abide by all guidance and regulations. We have modified our policies to provide our customers with the flexibility to make changes to their travel plans. We would like to advise our passengers who are scheduled to travel on our flights after June 30, to check for any updates on our website on a regular basis.
