Envoy Air Inc. announced President and CEO Pedro Fábregas was chosen for the fourth consecutive year as one of Dallas-Fort Worth’s top leaders in D CEO Magazine’s 2019 Dallas 500 special edition, honoring the most powerful business leaders in the DFW metroplex.
To select the honorees, magazine editors embark on months of research and countless interviews with leaders from different industries.
