Breeze Airways Expands Service at Bradley International Airport With Flights to Phoenix, Vero Beach

Oct. 19—WINDSOR LOCKS — Breeze Airways announced Wednesday further expansion of its service in and out of Hartford- Springfield's Bradley International Airport.

The four new destinations are nonstop service to Vero Beach, Florida, and Phoenix, starting with fares from $79 and $99 one-way, respectively. There will be one-stop, no plane change flights to Provo, Utah, and San Bernardino, California, starting from $99.

Prices are introductory discounts, the news release warns.

The new routes will operate as follows on an A220 aircraft:

—Vero Beach starts Feb. 2;

—Phoenix and Provo Feb. 9; and

—San Bernardino on Feb. 16.

"Partnering with Breeze on their expansion has been transformative for Bradley International Airport," said Kevin A. Dillon, Connecticut Airport Authority executive director. "Their national growth, ongoing innovation and expanding local network offer our passengers more opportunities to travel conveniently and affordably. We thank Breeze for their partnership in bringing these exciting new routes to this key market and for their continued commitment to our community."

Earlier this month, Irish airline Aer Lingus announced it will resume its nonstop flights between Bradley International Airport and Dublin beginning in March.

Breeze currently serves: Charleston, South Carolina; Columbus, Ohio; Jacksonville, Florida; Las Vegas; Nashville; Norfolk, Virginia; Pittsburgh; Richmond, Virginia; Sarasota- Bradenton, Florida; and Savannah, Georgia; nonstop from Bradley. The airline also offers one-stop flights to New Orleans; Orlando, Florida; Tampa and Tulsa.
