As Frontier Airlines nears its 6-year anniversary with Mercer County’s Trenton-Mercer Airport, the airline seeks to enter into another 5-year lease with the county. The Mercer County Board of Chosen Freeholders at their June 28 formal meeting adopted a resolution clearing the way for the air carrier to continue service between Trenton-Mercer and various destinations, according to Mercer County Executive Brian M. Hughes.
Under the terms, Frontier’s lease will be in effect until May 17, 2023.
