June 2, 2021

AIC Title Services, LLC announced that Bruce L. Marshall has been elected to the board of the National Aircraft Finance Association (NAFA), an organization consisting of nearly 200 member companies. In addition to being elected to the board, he has been appointed to chair the regulatory committee. As chairman of the regulatory committee, Marshall will lead the committee in assessing the various regulations that impact aircraft transactions.

Marshall has been the executive vice president and general counsel at AIC Title Services, LLC since 2014, helping to ensure AIC’s clients are secure as they encounter Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) regulations and developments throughout the industry. He is a frequent speaker at industry events, including panels at annual NAFA conferences, where he shares insights into the latest industry regulations.

AIC has been a strong supporter and member of NAFA since 2003. “The knowledge and education provided by being a member of the National Aircraft Finance Association is vital to staying current on industry developments, and helps us to ensure we are getting the job done right for our customers,” commented Marshall.

Starting in the late 1960’s, NAFA started with a vision to “improve and facilitate the lending process to support aircraft buyers.” Now, nearly 60 years later, it has grown to almost 200 member companies, including the largest banks in the United States, appraisers, aviation attorneys, title and escrow companies, aviation tax consultants, insurance firms, manufacturers, brokers, and dealers. AIC Title Service, along with Mr. Marshall, is proud to be a member of the National Aircraft Finance Association and contribute to the exchange of ideas and information into the world of business and general aviation.
