April 17, 2024

Gulfstream Aerospace Corp. announced its return to AeroExpo with the award-winning Gulfstream G600 and super-midsize Gulfstream G280 on display. AeroExpo takes place April 23-25 at Licenciado Adolfo López Mateos International Airport in Toluca, Mexico.

“Gulfstream is committed to its customers in Latin America, where we are experiencing strong demand and a growing fleet,” said Scott Neal, senior vice president, Worldwide Sales, Gulfstream. “The long-range advantage of the G600 and the agile performance of the G280 are ideal for operators in this region, and we look forward to showcasing the extensive capabilities of each aircraft for customers at AeroExpo.”

Known for its exceptional long-range and high-speed cruise performance, the G600 can travel 6,600 nautical miles/12,223 kilometers at Mach 0.85 or 5,600 nm/10,371 km at Mach 0.90 and holds more than 35 city-pair speed records. The aircraft can travel nonstop from Toluca to Rome at Mach 0.90 and recently completed the world’s first trans-Atlantic flight using 100% sustainable aviation fuel (SAF) in both engines. The next-generation aircraft is outfitted with the Gulfstream Symmetry Flight Deck featuring active control sidesticks and the industry’s most extensive use of touch-screen technology. More than 130 are in service.

The G280 can fly 3,600 nm/6,667 km at Mach 0.80 and can connect Toluca to Vancouver, British Columbia, and Toluca to La Paz, Bolivia, at Mach 0.84. The aircraft has proven steep-approach and short-field performance capabilities, unlocking access to some of the most challenging airports around the world. Gulfstream continues to invest in the G280, developing new features that enhance the passenger experience and increase safety while streamlining pilot workload. More than 270 are in service.

Both aircraft provide the exceptional comfort of the Gulfstream Cabin Experience with 100% fresh air, whisper-quiet sound levels, abundant natural light and a low cabin altitude. The G600 is recognized for its award-winning seating and interior design, and the latest G280 enhancements include a lower cabin altitude that further reduces strain on the body, leaving passengers even more relaxed and refreshed when they reach their destination.

AeroExpo attendees can view the G600 and G280 and speak with a Gulfstream representative at static P-9.
