Lisa Archambeau and Alainna Ikola Joining ServiceElements

A graduate of Wesleyan University in Middletown, Connecticut, she is a Certified Flight Instructor and is fluent in Spanish.

ServiceElements International Inc. is pleased to announce the addition of Lisa Archambeau as vice president, facilitator and strategist. Lisa brings over thirty years of business aviation experience with her, including thirteen years with FlightSafety International, Inc. in several roles, most notably, program manager of FlightSafety’s Service Excellence Training Program. Lisa was previously a Facilitator for ServiceElements, and was most recently the Northeast U.S. and Canada business development manager for Universal Weather and Aviation, Inc. where she also conducted sales training programs.  A graduate of Wesleyan University in Middletown, Connecticut, she is a Certified Flight Instructor and is fluent in Spanish.
