Rapid AFI KLM E&M response again makes all the difference.

Paris, Amstelveen, 21 January 2013 - AlMasria Universal Airlines has called on the services of AFI KLM E&M to deal with an AOG (Aircraft on Ground) situation concerning CFM56-5B engines fitted to one of the aircraft operated by the Egyptian carrier.

Responsive, Adaptive, Available
In very short order, AFI KLM E&M came up with an adaptive maintenance solution tailored to the situation and expectations of AlMasria Universal Airlines, which included organizing the lease of two spare engines and a shop visit for the two faulty engines. Once again, AFI KLM E&M's Adaptiveness and its experienced personnel made all the difference by developing and implementing personalized services closely matching the client's requirements.

Hassan Aziz, President and CEO of AlMasria Universal Airlines, hailed "the availability and responsiveness of AFI KLM E&M's technical support team, who adapted to our requirements, especially with respect to lead-times and implementation."

Fabrice Defrance, AFI KLM E&M Senior Vice-President, Commercial, said he was delighted with the "opportunity to serve a new Egyptian client. We are honored by the trust shown by a reliable and dynamic young airline like AlMasria Universal Airlines. This is a fine opportunity for the AFI KLM E&M brand to shine even more and bolster its network of clients and partners throughout the region."
