JSSI Structures Leadership for Next Generation of Growth

Neil Book has been named President and Chief Executive Officer, and Louis C. Seno will serve as Chairman Emeritus and Special Advisor to the Board of Directors.

December 6, 2012 – Chicago, IL -- Jet Support Services, Inc. (JSSI), the leading provider of hourly cost maintenance programs for the business aviation industry, announced Neil Book has been named President and Chief Executive Officer, and Louis C. Seno will serve as Chairman Emeritus and Special Advisor to the Board of Directors. Robert H. Book will act as Chairman of the Board of Directors and industry veteran Bryan Moss and Joe DaGrosa will both serve as Vice Chairmen of the Board. Susan Marr continues as a member of the Board, General Counsel and Chief Administrative Officer of JSSI, as well as Chief Executive Officer of Aviation Insurance Corporation, an affiliate of JSSI.

For the past three years, Neil Book has served on the JSSI Board of Directors. He joined JSSI as Co-President earlier this year and has, since then, led the Sales, Marketing and Technical Services Teams. Prior to coming to JSSI, Mr. Book was Vice President of Mobility for Juniper Networks, directing their mobile security business unit.  Mr. Book’s role began at Juniper in connection with its acquisition of SMobile Systems, where he had served as President and Chief Executive Officer. Under Mr. Book’s leadership, SMobile Systems was a pioneer in the mobile security industry, providing industry leading security software to consumers and enterprises.

Louis Seno will continue his active role as ambassador for JSSI, representing the company within the industry and participating in numerous advocacy groups, including GAMA, NARA, NAFA, NBAA, CJP, EAA and others. Mr. Seno’s relationship with JSSI began more than 20 years ago as a member of the Board of Directors. He later joined the business full time as President and CEO in 2009. Mr. Seno will act as a Special Advisor to the JSSI Board of Directors.
