Alberto de la Cal Lanza, VP Administration and Purchasing of Iberia, said: 'We have implemented AMI in our supply chain process, as this allows us to focus more on the planning and procurement activities for our heavy maintenance.' He added: 'This increases our material off-shelf performance with optimized inventory levels.
