Vaibhav Deshmukh Joins Advantage Aviation Technologies (AAT) Manufacturing Division as Industrial Engineer

September 2015  Dallas, Texas.   Advantage Aviation Technologies (AAT), Aviation – Aerospace leader in solutions based manufacturing and repair services, announces that Vaibhav Deshmukh has joined AAT, serving as Industrial Engineer.

Mr. Deshmukh is a graduate of the University of Texas Arlington, with a Master’s Degree in Industrial Manufacturing Engineering, and related mechanical engineering undergraduate studies at University of Pune, India.

“Vaib brings a wealth of knowledge and focus in process improvement through Lean and Six Sigma manufacturing concepts, along with his successful background in manufacturing, provides AAT with another building block to help optimize the growth of the organization,” stated Dennis Moore, President of AAT. “Vaib has a deep understanding of both the intricacies of process improvement and the rigid demands of a quality based, customer concentric manufacturing business.” 

Previously, Vaib supported Petmate’s (Doskocil Manufacturing Company, Inc.) ongoing floor production requirements, including the reduction of process anomalies, improved product quality, delivery and streamline production.
