Aero Propulsion Support Inc. (APSI) is a repair and overhaul facility of (small engine) gas turbine components. Our customer base ranges from turbine shops, airlines, military, as well as brokers covering domestic and international markets.

During the last 30 years, APSI has FAA approved, developed and performed many advanced repairs on small gas turbine engines including Rolls-Royce, all series of Model M250; Pratt Whitney JDFT12; General Electric T58 , T64 , T700/CT7; Honeywell GTCP331 (series), GTCP131-9, GTCP36, and TSCP700 (APU) and PWC JT15,  APS 500, APS 1000, APS 3200 and T62 (APU).

Also, laser, electron beam, micro-welding, dabber welding, stud welding (CD), pack and VPA diffusion coatings, diffusion brazing (ADH), corrosion-resistant coatings (Sermetal–like and epoxy), vacuum and atmosphere (hydrogen) furnace brazing, honeycomb assembly and brazing, vacuum and atmosphere heat treating, metrology equipment such as DCC CMMs and digital scanning, NDT such as pressure testing, Met. Lab, FPI and ultrasonic, FIC cleaning, chemical cleaning and stripping, plasma, twin arc and flame spray, CNC milling and turning, grinding, CNC 5-axis wire EDM, (10) CNC Plunge and sinker EDM, turbine nozzle segment and diffuser effective airflow up to 36 square inches.
