Talma Expands Collaboration with Aerolíneas Argentinas with Cargo Operations Service

March 6, 2024
The cargo services will complement the ramp services that Talma already provides to the airline.

Talma, a leading company in airport services in Latin America and belonging to the Sandoval Group, has expanded its collaboration with Aerolíneas Argentinas by incorporating international cargo services at the Jorge Chávez International Airport from March 2024. The service will complement the ramp services that the company provides to the airline and will strengthen the relationship that began in 1993.

Talma's cargo services include the management and comprehensive handling of the airline's air cargo operations in Lima, including general cargo, cold storage, temperature-controlled shipments, perishable products, dangerous goods and valued cargo, both imported and exported.

“Aerolíneas Argentinas is an important strategic ally for us. We know the company very closely, as we have worked together for seven years since the beginning of our business relationship in 1993. Now, since we resumed collaboration in 2022, we are extremely happy to provide (Aerolíneas Argentinas) with ramp services, and expand our operations by incorporating the international cargo services,” said Arturo Cassinelli, corporate general manager of Talma.

Argentina is a key destination in South America, and the expansion of the strategic alliance with the company will allow the implementation of a safer, faster and more efficient operation, with world-class quality standards, and always with responsibility towards the environment, in compliance with the Talma's unwavering commitment to integrity and business ethics.
