Winner Aviation is a full service Fixed Based Operator at the Youngstown-Warren Regional Airport in Vienna, Ohio and has been serving the needs of private and corporate aviation for over 60 years. Winner Aviation is supported by a fully staffed Flight Department with pilot services and aircraft charter available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Since 1995, Winner Aviation has maintained Air Carrier status with the Federal Aviation Administration operating turboprop and jet aircraft. In addition to charter services, the company also offers staff line service and maintenance operations within its 70,000 square foot facility.
