The addition of Continental and M.A.R.S. is a material step in Crosslake’s strategic objective to have the Parts Platform become a vital and trusted supply chain partner favored by Governments, Airlines, and Aftermarket Integrators.

Crosslake Group, LLC, a private financial firm investing in privately held aerospace and defense businesses (Crosslake), announced that it has recently completed the acquisition of two component Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) companies in South Florida, namely, Continental Aircraft Support, Inc. (Continental) and Magnum Aircraft Repair Services, Inc. (M.A.R.S.). These MRO businesses join Crosslake’s group of companies comprising its After Market Aviation Parts Investment Platform (Parts Platform). Led by Aeromax Industries, Inc. (Aeromax), the Parts Platform provides customized customer solutions including parts manufacturing, parts repairs and overhaul, and spare parts sourcing, parts exchange and overall fleet management programs. The addition of Continental and M.A.R.S. is a material step in Crosslake’s strategic objective to have the Parts Platform become a vital and trusted supply chain partner favored by Governments, Airlines, and Aftermarket Integrators.

“Aeromax’s partnering with Continental and M.A.R.S.’ MRO repair capabilities will immediately provide to their international customers an integrated after-market parts strategy unmatched by the industry’s largest competitors,” said Frank Cowle, Amplified Strategic Growth, who was instrumental in the acquisition process. “By combining capabilities and strengths of these exceptional companies, we are excited to offer a large array of solutions to our collective customer base,” added Tom Brizes, executive vice president of sales and marketing at Aeromax.

“Our new partners at Continental and M.A.R.S., Carlos Rodriguez, Luis Ezra, and Sean McGinn, have built customer-focused component MRO businesses that strongly align with our core values. We are excited to welcome and support Carlos, Luis, and Sean in their continued leadership roles at the companies and in taking these businesses to the next level,” said Crosslake partner, Grant Dunham.
