Jessica Forse Joins HNTB as Program Management Executive in New York

Industry veteran’s seasoned expertise on complex, high-profile infrastructure projects will help deliver a redevelopment program at John F. Kennedy International Airport.

Jessica Forse, PE, has joined HNTB’s aviation practice as a program executive and vice president. Based in HNTB’s New York office, Forse is serving as program executive for the John F. Kennedy Airport Redevelopment Program. HNTB is partnering with the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey to provide full-service program management support for the nation’s largest public-private aviation terminal effort.

“Jessica’s experience in identifying solutions to the complex challenges that arise with large-scale infrastructure projects such as the LaGuardia Airport Redevelopment will be an absolute value-add for the Port Authority as they work to modernize air travel and the passenger experience at JFK Airport,” said Stephen Dilts, HNTB New York office leader and senior vice president.

Before joining HNTB, Forse worked for another consulting firm overseeing large transportation infrastructure programs, including serving as project executive for the LaGuardia Airport Redevelopment Program. In that role, she was responsible for overall program management in coordination with the executive director of the PANYNJ. Among her many contributions, Forse led a team that successfully developed and implemented extensive traffic management solutions to address public feedback and mitigate impacts to crucial ongoing airport operations.  Prior to that, Forse was project director for the World Trade Center Streets Program which re-established the New York City street system within the 25-acre World Trade Center site. She previously served as stakeholder coordinator and deputy design manager for two construction packages for the California High Speed Rail Authority.

Forse is a registered professional engineer. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree in civil engineering from Lafayette College.

HNTB’s aviation practice continues to provide services to impactful projects at the largest airports across the United States, including program management/construction management services at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, principal architect/engineer on Phase 1 of the expansion and development program at Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, architect of record for South Terminal C, Phase 1, at Orlando International Airport, lead architectural designer for the automated people mover stations and maintenance facility at Los Angeles International Airport, and design services for Concourses A and B West at Denver International Airport.
