AccuDrawer RFID tool control system

The CribMaster AccuDrawer, part of the full suite of secure RFID devices, driven by CribMaster software enables advanced traceability for tools to help your maintenance facility stay mission ready by meeting on-time completion deadlines and remaining FOD (Foreign Object Debris) compliant. The AccuDrawer is a highly secure modular drawer system that can easily be placed in close proximity of the work area. An authorized mechanic scans his badge, opens the drawer, and removes the item(s).  Each item is identified with a passive Gen2 RFID tag or the location is monitored with a patented RFID switch. When the item is removed, inventory is automatically adjusted and monitored through CribMaster. The system provides highly visible onscreen notification of any items that are missing in real time. With one click, the system determines who was responsible for removing the tools, what job they were working on, and which bay location, or work cell.
