Jim Dolle Named Manager of FlightSafety International's Quality Management System

Jim began his career with FlightSafety in 2001 at the Savannah Learning Center as assistant manager.

LA GUARDIA AIRPORT, New York (August 18, 2009) – FlightSafety International announced today that Jim Dolle has been named Manager of the company’s Quality Management System.

“We look forward to Jim’s contributions to our Quality Management System. His knowledge of FlightSafety’s Learning Center operations and proven experience with our Quality Management System will help to ensure that FlightSafety continues to meet and exceed the training requirements of our Customers around the world,” said Greg McGowan, Vice President Operations.

The FlightSafety Quality Management System team establishes, implements, manages and optimizes business processes that ensure the company’s training programs, related systems and processes are compliant with the requirements of aviation regulatory authorities worldwide.

Jim began his career with FlightSafety in 2001 at the Savannah Learning Center as Assistant Manager. He received the added responsibility of Quality Coordinator in 2003 and was promoted to Center Manager in 2004.

He then joined FlightSafety’s Quality Management System team in 2005 as a Quality Specialist. His responsibilities included helping to attain ISO 9001:2000 registration for many of FlightSafety’s locations and the development and implementation of improved standardized business processes.

Dolle served in the United States Navy for 29 years prior to joining FlightSafety. Jim was designated as a Naval Aviator and was assigned to a variety of roles around the world including Commanding Officer of a Patrol Squadron flying the P3C Orion aircraft and the command of multiple Navy shore based organizations. He retired with the rank of Captain.

Jim is a graduate of the United States Air War College and holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing from Florida Atlantic University in Boca Raton.
