SuperShuttle Forms Partnership with Southwest Airlines Rapid Rewards

Oct. 7, 2011

SuperShuttle announced a new marketing relationship with Southwest Airlines Rapid Rewards.

"SuperShuttle is the only national airport shared-ride service in the country and we are extremely excited to work with Southwest Airlines who serves so many of our customers," said Ken Testani, senior vice-president of global marketing and partnerships for SuperShuttle International, in a release.

"We believe that offering Rapid Rewards Points is not only an additional incentive to book SuperShuttle reservations online, but also a reward for Rapid Rewards Members who know that sharing a SuperShuttle ride to and from the airport is an economical and environmentally sound way to begin or complete their travels."

Rapid Rewards Members can earn points when they book a shared ride on SuperShuttle or private sedan service with ExecuCar between their home, office, or hotel and any airports served by SuperShuttle and ExecuCar in the U.S.

SuperShuttle and ExecuCar will offer 150 Rapid Rewards Points each way (300 points roundtrip) for reservations booked online at supershuttle.com/rapidrewards, supershuttle.com, execucar.com, or through the mobile website at m.supershuttle.com. Rapid Rewards Members can also book through SuperShuttle's mobile applications for iPhone and Android. A bonus offer of 50 additional points each way will be offered in celebration of the Partnership launch. That means Rapid Rewards Members will earn 200 points each way (400 points roundtrip) until Nov. 15.

SuperShuttle International is a division of Veolia Transportation On Demand and a subsidiary of Veolia Environment.

ExecuCar, a subsidiary of SuperShuttle International, is a luxury sedan service providing customers with an exclusive ride 24-hours a day, seven days a week.
