Fairburn, GA - Estex Manufacturing Company's new FR700 Rip-stop Baggage Cart Curtain experienced tremendous growth in 2017. The newest cart curtain material is credited with increasing the life cycle of cart
curtains.

"More and more airlines and ground service providers are seeing the benefit of our new FR700 curtain and as a result, they are replacing fewer curtains annually," said Kurt Ladd, National Aviation Sales Manager. "Our unique material prevents small rips from becoming large tears which would normally result in a curtain replacement. Our new curtains, coupled with our curtain patch kits, are providing GSE shops an easy solution to repairing curtains as opposed to replacing curtains which can be costly and time consuming."

"The fact we shipped 130 percent more of our rip-stop cart curtains in 2017 compared to 2016 shows our customers are helping spread the word that there is a better solution to the old issue of constant cart curtain replacements," said Ladd. "Replacing fewer curtains on an annual basis certainly impacts the bottom line when it comes to GSE repair and replacements budgets."
