Steve Winoker Named GE Aerospace’s Chief Investor Relations Officer and Vice President

GE announced that Steve Winoker has been named Chief Investor Relations Officer and Vice President for GE Aerospace, effective immediately.

In this role, Winoker will be responsible for communicating the vision and value of GE Aerospace with its shareholders and the financial community. He also will continue in his current role of GE’s Vice President, Investor Relations. 

GE Chairman and CEO and GE Aerospace CEO H. Lawrence Culp, Jr., said, “When I came to GE, Steve was one of the first people I recruited. He has built trust and confidence across our investor base, simplified our disclosures, and communicated our company’s transformation with clarity and candor. I am thrilled we will continue to benefit from Steve’s strategic and operating depth, diligence, and insight at GE Aerospace.”

GE Aerospace Chief Financial Officer Rahul Ghai added, “Steve has grown GE’s investor relations function into a world-class, award-winning team, and I am confident he will build GE Aerospace’s reputation and investor base as we become an independent company.”

Winoker and the GE team have been recognized by investors and analysts as having the top IR program, professionals, and executive team for the industrials sector and across all large-cap companies. Before joining GE in 2019, Winoker worked for UBS, where he served most recently as Managing Director for U.S. Multi-Industry and Electrical Equipment and Sector Head for U.S. Industrials. Earlier in his career, he held a series of leadership roles in sell-side research, marketing, strategy, financial services, and general management, including work at Sanford C. Bernstein & Co., Honeywell Corporation, United Technologies Corporation, and Bain & Company, Inc.

Winoker earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in International Relations from Brown University and a Master in Business Administration from Harvard Business School.
