Wael Saeed Named Chief Financial Officer of BBA Aviation’s Global Engine Services Companies

Saeed has been a member of the BBA Aviation team since 2007 and previously held the CFO position at Signature TECHNICAir.

Dallas, TX – BBA Aviation’s Global Engine Services companies announced today that Wael Saeed has joined the GES leadership team as Chief Financial Officer. Saeed has been a member of the BBA Aviation team since 2007 and previously held the CFO position at Signature TECHNICAir.

“Wael’s extensive financial planning and accounting experience paired with his background in aviation overseeing and transacting business both domestic and international positions him well to support the GES businesses,” Hugh McElroy, President and COO of Global Engine Services said.

Saeed has held multiple roles while with BBA Aviation companies, including CFO, VP Finance, VP Financial Planning and Analysis and Financial Controller. In addition, Saeed is a Certified Public Accountant and holds multiple collegiate degrees including a Bachelor of Science in Professional Aeronautics from Embry Riddle Aeronautical University, a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Central Florida and an MBA from the Crummer Graduate School of Business at Rollins College.

Saeed takes over the role previously held by Shawn Fallon, former CFO of GES, whom was recently appointed CFO of Signature Flight Support in early February.
