MT-Propeller Recieves TCCA Letter of Acceptance for 2- and 3- Bladed MT-Propeller on Cessna

MT-Propeller Entwicklung GmbH has received the Letter of Acceptance of Transport Canada for the installation of the 2-blade MTV-15-D/210-58 and the 3-blade MTV-9-D/210-58 (with max. 2500 RPM) on the Cessna A185E,-F powered by the engine TCM IO-520-D.

MT-Propeller Entwicklung GmbH has received the Letter of Acceptance of Transport Canada for the installation of the 2-blade MTV-15-D/210-58 and the 3-blade MTV-9-D/210-58 (with max. 2500 RPM) on the Cessna A185E,-F powered by the engine TCM IO-520-D.

These installations are already certified by EASA, FAA and INAC Venezuela.

MT-Propeller Vice President Martin Albrecht says, that the installation of one of these propellers features the following advantages:

  • Best vibration damping characteristics
  • Bonded on stainless steel leading edge for best erosion protection of the blades
  • Shorter take-off distance by approx. –10 percent (SL, ISA conditions)
