MORGANTOWN, KY – September 14, 2017 – Blackhawk Composites, Inc., sister company to Blackhawk Modifications, announced today that Steve Ell has joined the team in the position of Manager of Engineering and Production.
Steve obtained his Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of North Dakota and joins Blackhawk with over 16 years of managerial experience in composite manufacturing. He worked with Cirrus Aircraft for 10 years at the Grand Forks facility in North Dakota, and spent 5 years at NORDAM as the Materials and Process Engineering Manager working on OEM customer projects for Boeing, Airbus, Pratt & Whitney, GE, and Gulfstream.
