Colorado Springs, CO, November 1, 2016 - Trine Aero is pleased to announce they have recently been named as an authorized Rockwell Collins dealer that will allow them to offer extended avionics upgrades and support.
This agreement allows Trine Aero to provide warranty support and avionics upgrades for the current fleets serviced. Under the agreement, Trine Aero has been granted authorization to support Rockwell Collins equipment OEMs in avionics repairs, installations and warranty work.
"Adding new dealerships affect the existing customers of Trine Aero in a positive way. We have added more support to our in-house capabilities, allowing us to be their main service provider," said Sean Schafer, Director of Avionics, Trine Aero.
With the dealership agreement with Rockwell Collins, Trine Aero can expand development of STCs that support legacy aircraft. Having in house engineering, minimizes outsourcing, and adds another level of support offered to the operators of legacy aircraft.
