Lakeland, FL (May 17, 2016)  — Rick Garcia, President and CEO, Gulf Coast Avionics announced today that the company has hired John Theobald as its new avionics manager.

“We are very proud to welcome John to our team. Not only as a 10-year veteran of the U.S. Air Force, but also because he brings a fantastic background in line maintenance and avionics system planning and installation aboard a wide variety of civilian, military and commercial aircraft,” Garcia said. “I’m very excited about how his depth of GA and corporate aircraft experiences will help us as Gulf Coast Avionics continues to grow in the upper end of the turboprop and jet markets.”

“I’m very fortunate to be able to continue my career here at Gulf Coast Avionics,” Theobald said. “Rick and his team have built a dynamic company with an enviable reputation for quality and support. I’m looking forward to my opportunity to use my skills and experience to help the company continue to expand into new markets.”
